Google Ads Final URL: How to Insert Your Landing Page Address?

If you’re running a Google Ads campaign, you’ll need to set up a final URL for each ad. The final URL is the landing page address that users will be directed to when they click on your ad. In this blog post, we’ll discuss what a final URL is and how to insert your landing page address in Google Ads.

What Is a Final URL?

A final URL is the actual web address of the page where users will land after clicking on your ad. It can be any web page that supports the goal of your campaign, such as a product page, an informational article, or even an email signup form.

The final URL should be specific and relevant to the content of your ad. For example, if you are advertising a particular product or service, then your final URL should link directly to that product or service’s webpage. This ensures that users who click on your ad are taken directly to the relevant information they need without having to search through other pages on your website.

How Do I Insert My Landing Page Address in Google Ads?

To insert your landing page address in Google Ads, first log into your account and select “Ads & Extensions” from the left-hand menu bar. Then select “New Ad” from the drop-down menu and choose which type of ad you would like to create (e.g., text ads). Once you have selected an ad type, enter all of the necessary information (e.g., headline text) into each field before scrolling down and entering in the “Final URLs” section at the bottom of the page. Here you can enter up to two different URLs for each individual ad – one for desktop devices and one for mobile devices – which will direct users who click on either version of your ads directly to their respective landing pages (or other relevant pages).

Once you have entered all of this information into each field correctly, simply click “Save” at the top right corner of this window and then “Continue” at bottom right corner before selecting either “Save & Exit” or “Preview & Test” depending on whether or not you would like to preview/test out how this new advertisement looks before it goes live online (we recommend previewing/testing out all new ads prior launching them).

By following these steps correctly when creating new advertisements within Google Ads platform – specifically inserting correct URLs into their respective fields – advertisers can ensure that their ads are being directed towards their desired destination pages every time someone clicks them online!
